For our customers, this means the same team member that helps you plan out your project will be the one installing it in your home, and writing up your final invoice. We take pride in our work and consider heavily how we assign and delegate tasks to our employees. Additionally, we currently hold Weekly Scheduling Meetings and Monthly Team Meetings to help better ourselves with this Core Value.
